Meet Mrs. D'Aran
My name is Nina D'Aran and I am the school counselor at Central School. I have been a school counselor for 11 years and love being a part of Central School. I received my BA in Elementary Education and Psychology from Skidmore College in New York and received my Masters in Counseling Psychology from Lesley College in Boston. I am also a mom of four wonderful children and love spending time with my family!
Guidance Services at Central School
There are various guidance services available at Central School. Small group counseling, individual counseling and whole class guidance lessons are ongoing throughout the year. I am always available to meet with students for problem solving whenever needed. I work very closely with all of our staff in order to support our students and families. I often assist classroom teachers and families with questions about special education referrals, 504s and referrals to outside agencies. My priority at Central School is to be an advocate for every child that attends our school.
